My event was cancelled due to Covid. I requested a full refund, all they have given me is the run around. You can't get anyone on the phone in Customer Service. Their automated system will have you running in circles. At the end of the day they will only provide me a credit for almost $700 which will expire in December. There will be no large concerts, games or gathering prior to that date. They are just keeping people's money. I have no idea how they are getting away with it.

Don't EVER use this company to get tickets! They will screw the hell out of you! Due to Covid the event I was to attend was cancelled. I have asked for my credit card to be refunded and I got screwed. They give you 7 days (I'm within 7 days of the event) and they are forcing me into their "Rewards" program. I called Vivid Seats and the robot asked if you would like to "live chat" I thought that might be easier so tried that. Don't waste your time it's just a robot too! I called and it took me at the very least 7 times to reach a representative press this number then that number but no option to discuss a refund so I pushed 0 until I got through to a human. After the discussion and her regretfully having to tell me I wasn't getting a cash refund and being forced into their "Rewards" program I asked to speak to her supervisor. She talked over me, told me her Supervisor is not taking calls (shocker) then she proceeded to hang up on me. I also bought tickets through Ticketmaster which event was also canceled and had no issues being fully refunded! Due to Covid and other life events I am need of this refund.
SCAM SCAM SCAM!

She was great!

Very thorough and Persistent! Being able to talk to live human being was critical rather than having to mess with competitors websites who sent me around in circles

Horrible Company

Ordered tickets for concert for my son - concert postponed twice due to COVID. Son passed away - they will not refund my money. After everything I have been through, they are horrible for keeping my money and giving me the run around. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM.

Clear, concise, patient & friendly

Had to call and speak with a live person, what a pleasant surprise. Lorre helped trackdown why an order I placed for 1/22/2021 Dead & Friends concert at Fiddler's Green Amphitheater, Greenwood Village, CO had not sent a confirming email for my order. She checked all the information I gave her and found that no order had been processed for this show and let me know she would gladly process an order for the show. She was absolutely spot on. When an event of interest comes up in the future I will check VividSeats first to buy tickets for that event. Thanks again, Lorre, for the prompt and courteous attention you gave my inquiry.

Vivid Seats Experience

My experience with vivid seats was very good. The representative that I had, was very pleasant and easy to deal with. It was great to have the option of speaking with a representative versus dealing with a robot. I had many questions regarding wheelchair seating and access and it would have been much more difficult dealing with a robot. Quite possibly, I would have not been able to purchase the tickets. I thank you for the option of dealing with a human. Please keep the option available. It was a much more pleasant of an experience. My representatives' name was

After searching several sites, Vivid offered the best price with similar fees as other agencies. Ma J. Who assisted over the phone answered all my pertinent question prior to final purchase in a very friendly and professional manner.

DON’T use Vivid Seats. Not trustworthy

I bought tickets for a concert through Vivid Seats and they called to tell me the seller didn’t have any more available for me. This was after I already BOUGHT and PAID for the tickets. I’ll never use vivid seats again. They don’t guarantee anything and they don’t verify their sellers actually have tickets to sell. I highly recommend you DO NOT USE VIVID SEATS to purchase anything.

Digital tickets disappeared from my account

I purchased tickets for a 4 day basketball tournament. The day before the tournament I received an email saying my tickets were on my account so I checked the app and they were there for all 4 days. I was able to access those tickets for days 1 & 2 but then on day 3 the tickets had suddenly all disappeared and my account said my event was over. I called customer service and they were no help at all. There was no option to print paper tickets. It was all digital so it just disappeared from my account with no explanation or recourse. Then when I asked for a refund they sent an email saying - "We sent you the tickets together so you can download them. On our end, the tickets were sent successfully." I had to purchase further tickets at the venue and they reported many Vivid Seat customers were having the same problem and that Vivid Seats is unreliable.

My experience is... you will be lucky to get tickets or barcodes at all! And when you don't they won't refund your money either they say all sales are final regardless if they furnish you tickets or not

Sorry... I can't answer this question because they never sent me my tickets, so I would not know if they were legitimate or not... I know they won't refund my money, $300.00... They say all sales are final even though they don't provide the tickets... they say it's up to the seller to send or transfer the tickets to you and if they don't they say they'll try to help you get your tickets but they don't guarantee it...

Horrible service. Rip off. Do not use them. There is no refund policy. They wont help you find the tickets until its too late.
